How do I use Docci De-Bloat?
Before your first use, shake the bottle a few times then hold it close to your mouth and pump the sprayer 10 times. This will prime the pump and at this point liquid should start spraying out. Spray 5 times (one serving) into your mouth. You may spray the product up to 15 times (three servings) per day.
How fast can I expect to see results?
You should feel the results within 30 minutes if you’re using the product in response to symptoms. If you use the product prior to when you’re expecting symptoms (e.g., 10 minutes before a big meal), then the product will work preventatively.
Are sprays more effective than gummies or pills?
We’re so glad you asked! YES, they are more effective. The sprays are absorbed sublingually (aka in your mouth) so you’re completely bypassing the digestive system. This means your body is absorbing all the nutrients the product has to offer and that absorption process doesn’t get messed up or slowed down by anything happening in your gut. Additionally, sublingual absorption is FAST, so you should feel the results after taking Docci spray supplements quickly. Also, sprays are just more fun and easy to use, and you don’t have to worry about the binders, fillers, and sugar or bad sugar alcohols in gummies.
